Diamonds clarity VVS-VS. The diamonds in this ring are top quality and of beautiful color, as with all Cartier pieces. The ring is signed "Cartier" "750" "50" with serial number "28892B". Also with French eagle’s head stamp for 18k gold. Ring size 5½. Approx. measurements:- The ring is 10mm at the widest point where the diamonds are set and gently tapers down to 7mm where the diamonds end. Approx. overall weight of ring is 9.8 grams.
